This is a hands-on opportunity to build your product management skills. You will start by owning individual features and initiatives, with the opportunity to gradually take responsibility for larger product areas as you grow.
Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders, including Support, Sales, and Implementation teams, to understand problems and identify opportunities.
- Translate customer feedback and business needs into clearly defined, prioritized product problems and requirements.
- Participate in product planning, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and remove blockers.
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product features and monitor their performance after launch.
- Conduct competitor, market, and product research to support roadmap and product strategy discussions.
- Coordinate product releases, including release notes, internal demonstrations, stakeholder communication, and handoffs to Support and Sales teams.
- Collaborate with senior product leadership to continuously improve the product development process and customer experience.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, technical support, QA, software development, or a related field. Internships and strong personal projects are also considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex problems and requirements.
- Comfortable working with data, identifying relevant metrics, questioning assumptions, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Basic technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers about technical concepts and trade-offs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of curiosity, ownership, and follow-through.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into increasing product ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Figma, SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar product and analytics platforms.
- Experience working with an Agile/Scrum development team.
- Previous experience in a software, technology, SaaS, or digital product environment.
- Knowledge or experience in our industry/domain, such as FinTech, ERP, Healthcare, E-commerce.
- Experience conducting customer interviews, competitor research, usability testing, or product analysis.
What We Offer
- Direct mentorship and guidance from experienced product leaders.
- The opportunity to work on real products and see your decisions reach customers.
- Early ownership of meaningful product features and initiatives.
- A collaborative environment where you can work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams.
- Structured opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A clear path toward increased product ownership and career progression.
Career Growth
This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their product management career. As you demonstrate strong product judgment, execution, and ownership, you will have the opportunity to progress from feature ownership to product-area ownership and, ultimately, broader product responsibility.
